We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Be Hair Studio. In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider…not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 24 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any problems. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Be Hair Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time.
The safety of our customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

We do not perform services on children under the age of 13!!!
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. Returns Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping cost and Route Insurance cost are non refundable
Please understand that products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc) will not be accepted.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing the brand's recommended hair care regimen. Return to Sender Shipments
All products sold on this website ship with signature; Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package back to our facilities at an additional cost to us. Return to sender packages may incur a flat restock fee of $35. Once your return is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience.
Expenses Associated with Delayed or Incorrect Orders
BeHair is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. BeHair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. All shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable
Expenses Associated with Hair Installation
BeHair is not responsible for any costs related to hair installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, or any other expenses associated with the installation of our products. BeHair is not responsible for expenses associated with damaged hair extensions such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments and wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
BeHair, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. BeHair will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, BeHair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, BeHair LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
